The mk2 heated bed is the most used heated bed by the diy community. Since i also bought me a printer to hack it i chose the obvious solution. The mk2a heat bed 200mm x 200mm is a good example of a pcb heat bed. And that is to get the surface of the print bed up to a temperature where the print will stick to it better and as such will not come loose from the unavoidable warping forces that the layer by layer printing process.

2d surfaces stacked on top of each other create a 3d shape with structure and volume. This particular heat bed has 2 integrated leds and an integrated resistor which makes it rather plug and play when compared to other solutions.
